A Heart for Christ

I believe that most Christians love God. Here are some scriptures to remember when the desires of your heart do not align with your love for Jesus.

Proverbs 4:23 ESV

"Keep your heart with all vigilance for from it flow the springs of life."

Luke 12:34 ESV

"For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."

Psalm 51:10 ESV

"Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me."

Ezekiel 36:26 ESV

"And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh."

Philippians 4:7 ESV

"And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Matthew 22:37 ESV

"And he said to him, "You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind."

Psalm 119:11 KJV

"Thy word have I hid in mine heart that I might not sin against thee."
